1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or submit an order. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Products and descriptions
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, materials, dimensions and prices at the time of publication. As many of our pieces are handmade, slight variations in colour, finish, veining and dimensions are normal and do not constitute a defect.
Colours shown may differ slightly from reality depending on your screen. Natural materials such as stone, wood and terracotta have unique patterns, so each piece differs subtly from the photograph.
We reserve the right to withdraw, replace or modify any product at any time and without notice. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you to agree a replacement or a full refund.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required by law. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store full card details.
4. Order confirmation and cancellation
A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it is not acceptance of a contract. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailability, with a full refund.
You may cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not yet shipped. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, cancellation falls under our returns procedure.
5. Delivery and shipping
We ship within a few working days. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier; estimated durations are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or any event beyond our control.
Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to you upon hand-over to the carrier. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact hello@ornava.com; we will work with the carrier to locate or replace it.
Bulky or fragile pieces (furniture, mirrors, marble, glass) may be subject to particular shipping terms, specified at checkout.
6. Returns and refunds
Non-personalised items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging, for a full product refund (excluding return shipping). Items defective or damaged on delivery will be replaced or fully refunded, shipping included.
Handmade pieces showing natural variations in colour, finish or dimensions are not considered defective. For any damage, please provide photographs within 48 hours of delivery.
To start a return, contact hello@ornava.com with your order number and the reason. Do not return any item without first obtaining a return authorisation from us.
7. Caring for natural materials
Natural materials require appropriate care. Stone and marble can stain and should be wiped promptly; wood must be kept away from prolonged damp and oiled occasionally; rattan and fibres do not tolerate wet rooms. Follow the care advice given on each product page.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, design, CSS, JavaScript and layout — is the property of [Legal entity — pending] or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without express written authorisation.
You may share links to this site and reproduce brief extracts for personal, non-commercial purposes, with attribution.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, [Legal entity — pending] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the products sold. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the price paid for that product.
This site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access and decline all liability for temporary unavailability.
10. Governing law and disputes

Any dispute will first be the subject of good-faith negotiation; failing resolution, it will be submitted to the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
